Fashion Designer

Future technologies was a project that enabled the imagination of what potential there is for fashion in the future. Smart textiles, haptics and air suction became themes within this collection, taking inspiration from vacuum-seal technology and translating that into a range of versatile garments that shrink and inflate. Thermochromatic dyes and fabrications are also woven into this collection. Concept is driven by loneliness and a state of mind after self-isolating at home; due to covid-19. These garments would shrink closer to the skin to resemble this feeling of physical human contact.
